The final Battle by fstarno The final Battle by fstarno
The final Battle is a personal artwork I did few years ago. It was also an practice project mixing both photoshop and painter together.

Wonderful work. It makes you wonder so much what happened before hand.

she looks so young... like she's too young to be in this situation...

wars started by men are carried on the backs of children :|

The optical sight is very impractical and silly. She also seems to have her finger on the trigger which is something no soldier would do.

great work - especially on the face. i feel that you can work on the uniform a bit more - it seems to be a few rough daubs of paint compared to the otherwise smooth and detailed face. maybe have a bash at it, even if it was a earlier work

Actually, I like the lack of detail in the uniform and background. It draws attention to the woman's face, which appears very well. The face Is probably the most important part of the piece, because it shows the emotion that comes along with the war.

The only word I can use to describe this is awesome, and used in the correct context too. If I had half the talent and time that went into this, I'd be ten times more talented and.. Timed... Than I am now. Bravo!
